Chef Robert T. Lee is the Co-Owner and Executive Chef of Culture Food and Entertainment.  Chef Rob has a passion for elevating the flavors of American comfort food and creating not only stunning plates but delectable dishes that will have you licking your lips from start to finish. 

Robert has a long love of cooking with a 30 year career in food preparation, kitchen management and catering. His love of food preparation prompted him to study at the Institute of Culinary Arts at Robert Morris College.  Robert previously owned and operated More Than Enough Soul Food Café in Chicago, IL. 

A “homegrown” chef born and raised on the Southside of Chicago, Chef Rob has lived in the Chicagoland area most of his life and this is exactly where he wants to be. Chef Rob is married and is the proud father of 3 adult children.  When he’s not cooking, you’ll likely find him preaching, teaching or directing a hit stage play.
